Bod Min
Bod Min, co-founder of Sueño. has been making appearances around Leeds playing different style of music ranging from Minimalistic Deep House to ever so cheerful Disco and Soulful House. With the upsurge of the Sueño. brand and the affiliation with the ABB team, Bod has supported a fare few big names out there such as Dudley Strangeways, Annie Errez, Monika Ross, Djoko, Dan Black and Jake Flory. Now presenting That Saturday Show on LDC Radio with the ABB team Bod hopes to bring he’s personality to the airwaves every Saturday morning.
Greg Moseley
A southerner taken in by the warm, friendly folk of west Yorkshire with open arms and an ear for a good tune. After a tour of the local watering holes and establishments in which the Leeds people grooved, Greg began producing and DJing a variety of house music which resulted in several singles and e.ps. under M.U.2 and will continue to DJ long into the future, however, a change of energy is on the horizon...an imminent silence should not worry thou as a new era is just around the corner.
Kyle Shea-Minta
Kyle, One of the founding members of the brand BRTN and a regular for us in A Bar Below. From playing at open deck nights with us to hosting the loft at Mint Warehouse kyle has been putting in work since arriving in Leeds for Uni. Kyle always brings high energy to his sets and has recently also joined the team at Bump Leeds showing off his more garage influences in music. You can catch him at multipul venues across Leeds so keep an eve out for him.
Oscar Jones
Oscar Jones is quickly establishing a presence among purveyors of deep, minimalistic music, with his releases on Mind Hub, Sixonine Records, Radar Records Ltd, and with quality music productions that heats dancefloors. Today Oscar continues his ongoing inquest of minimal sounds, building the tension carefully with each and every track he plays, never overdoing it and releasing it at just the right time to inject some boost of energy into your veins.
Parker Smith
Parker Smith’s life is based around the entire industry, from setting the paces at renowned events from Mint Warehouse & Mint Festival, whilst also being the Sound Engineer for both Mint and Distrikt, Leeds. He is now adding radio to the mix.
PüK
With a foot in the underground scene, 22 year old Pük is a growing name to be aware of. His debut vinyl release on Eager Visions reached number 3 in the Deejay Minimal charts. However, his next Vinyl release for 2021 looks to be another chart topper after partnering up with French producer Oward on Wellness Records. Pük is a regular DJ around Leeds merging different House blends and Minimal dance music. Pük is set to leave the country soon enough for his first of many international gigs to spread his sound and grooves.
Sam Pratt
Co-Founder & Director of ABB Events, Wav Events and Below Records, Sam Pratt is a experienced DJ who continues to push local DJ’s and producers in the underground scene by consistently hosting his own events and parties across the best venues in Leeds. You can usually catch Sam playing anything from Disco cuts too minimalistic House grooves down at his regular spot Distrikt bar in the centre of Leeds. A venue close to his heart which he has been performing in for over 7 years. He has just recently finished his exciting new business venture with ABB partner, Tom Tobin. The ABB DJ Van is equipped with a Martin Audio Blackline sound-system and top spec Pioneer DJ equipment, fully functional and festival ready. Sam has supported the likes of Eats Everything, Enzo Siragusa, YOUSEF, Richy Ahmed, Seb Zito, Monika Ross, WAFF, Casey Spillman, Janeret, Inland Knights, Tommy Vercetti, Annie Errez, TIJIN, Dudley Strangeways, Shadow Child, MELE, DJOKO, Riva Starr, Demarzo, DJEBALI, REda daRE, Elliot Adamson, Mehlor… To name a few.
Seth Chohan
Seth Chohan is a Leeds born Producer/DJ, with his roots firmly placed in the intricacies of his musicianship, his music has created a strong foundation for his development in electronic music. Seth has nurtured a strong relationship with the scene, gaining exposure from BBC Introducing on Radio One and as a part of Jaguar's Hotlist. ABB has provided an amazing platform for Seth and it ignited his journey onto the scene at A Bar Below in 2019. The brand has helped Seth to develop a diverse collection of music, spanning through Disco, Funk and all manners of House. This plethora of sound has enabled Seth's progression as a performer, highlights include his supporting of Mall Grab at Warehouse Leeds, and featuring on the 2020 Inner City Electronic line up. Seth brings deep funky bass, euphoric melodies and plenty of energy to a dance floor. Don't sleep on it.
Tom Tobin
Leeds born an bred, this upbeat Yorkshire fella has been involved in the cities underground music scene for the last few years. Starting out from the house parties in LS6 to then finding himself at the forefront of Headingley project ‘A Bar Below’, A platform with a vision to bring new events and DJs to Leeds. Musically Tom holds down his own residencies for Sueno (Distrikt), Grim Up North (Mission) and .WAV (Distrikt) 2020 was abit of a no show, to say the least, for the events and hospitality sector’s. After a promising start seeing him launch brand label Below Records, a label focused on the deeper sounds in minimal house with Sam Pratt, Oscar Jones and PuK. 2021 see’s him venture into something totally new as he begins his new weekly resident show ‘That Saturday Show’ with good friends Bod Min, Sam Pratt and Seth Chohan LDC Radio.
